Business profiles on Google Maps and Apple Maps
Most customers find an office or shop on a map before making contact. We set up profiles so the name, address and hours match your company certificate and signage, under each platform's rules. Verification and approval remain Google's and Apple's decisions.
Start your profile on LINEGoogle Business Profile
- Use the real business name as on signage and documents; do not add keywords or place names
- The address must be where customers are served during opening hours; without a storefront, set up a service-area business and hide the address
- A virtual office or registered address without staff on site does not meet Google's map address rules
- Verify using the method Google selects, such as a video showing signage and premises
Apple Business Connect
- Register the company and confirm you own the location; company documents may be needed
- Enter hours, links, phone and photos consistent with Google and your website
Frequently asked questions
Can we buy reviews or have staff post them?
You should not. Google and Apple prohibit fake or incentivised reviews and may suspend the profile. We only set up ways to request reviews from real customers.
Can a virtual office address be used?
It can be your registered address, but should not be a storefront pin on Google unless staff meet customers there during opening hours.
